文章分别从百度指数、官网访问量、微信指数和微博粉丝等维度构建了网络影响力评价体系,并以此对我国31个省级公共图书馆的网络影响力进入了深入研究,最后对我国公共图书馆建设提出了相应的建议。

The article constructs the Web influence evaluation system from Baidu index, official website visits, WeChat index and Weibo fans, and conducts in-depth research on the Web influence of 31 provincial public libraries. It puts forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of public libraries in China.
