摘要
引入服务经济学经典理论为图书馆创客空间服务提供科学的理论指导,是确保图书馆能更好地满足人民群众在追求美好生活过程中对图书馆服务诉求的内在要求。文章在系统梳理图书馆创客空间服务现状及其缺少服务相关专业理论指导的问题后,提出并论证引入了"体验经济理论"作为图书馆创客空间服务基础指导理论的科学可行性。随着创客越来越关注服务的"体验"属性,图书馆可以借助"体验经济理论"的理念与框架,以增强创客感知体验满意为目标,从服务指导思想、空间布局、内容设计和用户服务等方面完善服务体制机制,进而提升图书馆创客空间的服务效能。
Introducing the classic theory of service economics to provide a scientific and systematic theoretical guidance for makerspace service is to ensure that library can better meet the requirements of people to the library makerspace service in the pursuit of a better-off life. After systematically reviewing the status quo of the library makerspace service and its lack.of theoretical guidance on service-related professional theories, we try to introduce "the experience economy" and demonstrate its scientific feasibility as a fundamental guidance theory in the field of library makerspace service. As makers increasingly pay more attention to the "experience" attribute of services, the library should perfect the service system mechanism from aspects of service guidance, spatial layout, content and user service, and thus improve the service efficiency of the library makerspace with the concept and basic framework of "experience economy theory" and the goal of enhancing the perception experience of makers.
