社会化媒体情境下用户学术信息搜寻感知差异比较研究 被引量:4

Comparison on Users' Different Perceptions of Academic Information Seeking in the Context of Social Media

摘要 为考察社会化媒体情境下用户学术信息搜寻的感知差异性,通过问卷调查收集数据,根据用户的基本特征(性别、年龄、身份、学科)和经验(学术研究经验、社会化媒体使用经验)将其分为不同群体,采用均值比较的方法比较不同用户群体在学术信息搜寻行为、信息有用性、信息质量以及信源可信度上的感知,探讨个体差异对社会化媒体情境下用户学术信息搜寻行为的影响。研究发现用户因基本特征和经验的不同而对信息搜寻行为、信息有用性、信息质量和信源可信度的感知存在不同程度的差异。 In order to examine users' different perceptions of academic information seeking in the context of social media, this study compares users' perceptions of academic information seeking behavior, information usefulness, information quality and source credibility, and investigates the effect of individual differences on academic information seeking behavior in the context of social media. Data were collected by questionnaire survey. The sample was divided in terms of users' basic characteristics (gender, age, position and field) and experience (experience with academic experience and experience with social media usage) . The means comparison was employed to analyze the data. It has been found that there are significant differences in users' perceptions of information seeking behavior, information usefulness, information quality and source credibility in terms of users' basic characteristics and experience.
