文中对2018中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会针织染色机设备进行述评。介绍了不同类型染色机及染色辅助设备的主要技术特征和参数，包括溢流染色机、气液染色机、气流染色机、化验室设备，以及染化料自动配送系统。指出染色机在不断降低浴比的前提下，同时需要研究开发新技术以减少生产成本，降低能耗、水耗；提升化验室设备的精密度，引入自动配料系统，以更精确地把控产品质量。

In this paper, the knitting dyeing machines on China international textile machinery Exhibition-2018 ITMA Asia arc reviewed. The main features and technical parameters of different dyeing machines and dyeing auxiliaries are introduced, including the overflow dyeing machine, gas-liquid dyeing machine, air-flow dyeing machine, laboratory equipment of printing and dyeing plant, and distribution system of dyeing chemicals and auxiliaries. It points out that under the premise of continuously reducing bath ratio, dyeing machines need to study and develop new technologies to reduce production costs, lower energy and water consumption, improve the precision of laboratory equipment, control product quality more accurately, and introduce automatic batching system to eliminate errors from the source and ensure dyeing quality.
