摘要
棉针织物常规练漂需采用大量氢氧化钠,并进行多次水洗,多功能精练剂MF集精练、碱剂、氧漂稳定剂的作用于一体,具有高效练漂作用。文中采用多功能精练剂MF应用于纯棉针织坯布,通过改变多功能精练剂MF用量、氢氧化钠用量、H2O2用量、练漂温度及时间等因素对其应用工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳练漂工艺条件为多功能精练剂MF用量0.5g/L,氢氧化钠用量0.3g/L,H2O2用量2.5g/L,90℃下处理40min,或是110℃处理10~20min。处理后织物的毛效及白度均能够满足相关质量要求,且强力损失较小。和常规练漂相比,多功能精练剂MF对棉针织物的高效练漂极大地减少了氢氧化钠的使用量及水洗次数。
The conventional bleaching process of cotton knitted fabric requires a large amount of sodium hydroxide, and needs to be washed several times. The Multifunctional scouring agent MF is a combination of scouring agent, alkali and peroxide bleaching stabilizer. In this paper, multifunctional scouring agent MF is applied to pure cotton knitted fabric, and its application process is optimized by changing the amount of multifunctional scouring agent MF, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, bleaching temperature and time. The results show that the optimized bleaching process is as follows: the dosage of multifunctional scouring agent MF is 0.5 g/L, sodium hydroxide is 0.3 g/L, hydrogen peroxide is 2.5 g/L, bleaching 40 minutes under 90℃ or bleaching 10-20 minutes under 110℃. The capillary and whiteness of the treated fabric can meet the relevant quality requirements, and has a lower strength loss. Compared with the traditional scouring and bleaching process, the multifunctional scouring agent MF efficient bleaching of cotton knitwear greatly reduces the amount of sodium hydroxide and the washing times.
