国家社会科学基金对资助期刊办刊质量的影响——基于2012—2017年全国哲学社会科学规划办公室《情况通报》的文本分析

The Impact of National Social Science Fund on Its Fiananced Academic Journals——Analysis based on the Briefings of National Bureau of Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Office(2012-2017)

长期以来,社科学术期刊面临的办刊经费短缺问题在相当大程度上限制了学术期刊办刊质量的提高。为了解决这一难题,全国哲学社会科学规划办公室出台了《国家社科基金学术期刊资助管理办法(暂行)》,为社科学术期刊提供了资金支持和制度保障。从2012—2017年,该政策在提高资助期刊的管理力、学术传播力和国际影响力等方面取得了很大的成效,推动了我国社科学术期刊的创新发展、特色发展、规范发展和国际化发展。

For a long time, social science academic journals have been facing the limits of funds shortage which constrains its improvement. In June 2012, National Science and Social Sciences Planning Office issued the National Social Science Funds Financed Academic Journals Management Approach （temporary）, which is considered a financial support and system protection for the social science academic journals. After five years＇ implementation, great achievements have been made on such aspects as academic communication, international influence and the development of China＇s social science academic journals.
