Comparative Study of Important Publishers during the Period of the Republic of China

摘要 随着现代出版业在民国时期的形成和发展,出版成为知识分子一种普遍的职业选择。商务印书馆、中华书局、开明书店三家出版机构的出版人群体在构建、发展、出版实践上有着共性,又在人才构成、企业文化、经营方向上存在差异。三个重要出版人群体在企业运营中的实践与经验为当代出版业的发展和人才培养提供了借鉴。 The formation and development of modem publishing during the Period of the Republic of China marked that publishing became one of the typical career choices of intellectuals. Publishers from The Commercial Press, Zhonghua Book Company and Kaiming Bookstore had shared similarities in terms of formation, development and publishing practices. There were still differences in terms of staff, enterprise culture and management directions. Practices and experiences of those representative publishers will provide valuable insights for the development and talent cultivation of contemporary publishing industry.
