摘要 随着我国教育综合改革的深化发展以及中高考招生考试制度的不断改进,发现和发展学生的优势潜能、凸显其个性特征已成为新时期教育改革与发展的重要内容,发现教育成为践行这一内容的重要主题。发现教育是指在探索学校教育深度改革的过程中,教育者基于发现的基本原理、教育的发展规律及学生的身心发展规律,以教育教学方式的改进为手段,以发掘激发每一个学生的潜能优势为核心,以培养创新创造人才为目标的育人活动。发现教育具有自身的内在属性和立论基础。实践发现教育需要学校在办学理念引领、课程体系创新、课堂教学改革、教师素养提升、学校治理体系和治理能力改进等方面进行整体构建,进而更好地实现发现教育的价值目标。 With the deepening of China's comprehensive educational reform and the continuous improvement in the entrance examination system for senior high school and college; the discovery and development of students' advantages and characteristics has become an important part of educational reform and development in the new period. And discovery education has become an important theme in practicing this content. Discovery education refers to the educational activities where educators, based on the basic principles of discovery, the law of educational development and the law of students' physical and mental development, use the improvement of education and teaching methods as a means, the discovery of each student's potential advantages as the core, and the cultivation of innovative and creative talents as the goal in the process of exploring the deep reform of school education. Discovery education has its own intrinsic attributes and theoretical foundation, and needs to be constructed in the aspects of advanced ideas on running a school, the innovation of curriculum system, the reform of classroom teaching, the improvement of teachers' quality, and the school governance system and ability, thus better realizing the value goal of the discovery education.
