摘要
师生关系既是一种特殊的人际关系,也是一种特别的教育关系,师生关系的优劣直接影响着教育效果。在当前的学校教育中,师生关系有单向化、功利化、淡漠化现象,偏离了师生关系的本质。以关系性、非功利性和情感性为主要特征的关心型师生关系,是建立师生"生命的连接"的关键。建构关心型师生关系,应创造"灵魂的碰撞",即打造萌生关心的校园生态文化,让关心成为教育过程的生命常态,在平等、信任、理解的基础上构筑关心关系。
Teacher-student relationship is both a special interpersonal relationship and a special educational relationship. Whether the teacher-student relationship is good will directly affect the results of education and teaching. In the current school education exist such phenomena in the teacher-student relationship as unidirection, utilitarianism and indifference, which deviates from the nature of teacher-student relationship. The care-oriented teacher-student relationship featured by relation, non-utilitarianism and emotion is the key to the establishment of "life connection" between teachers and students. To build a care-oriented relationship between teachers and students, we should create a "collision of souls" which means creating an ecological campus culture, make "care about" the normality of educational process and build a caring relationship based on equality, trust, and understanding.
