摘要
化成教学是一种基于学习者基本素养、关键能力与品行发展的教学体系。化成教学思想源于《中庸》"率性"与"修道"的见解、教学教育性规律的解读、培养弘毅之人的实践追求以及转化促成的知识生态学观点;它的理论根基是范例教学原则、AMO理论、学习区学说以及教学临界阈原理;它的教学模式是以促成学习者基本素养发展为目标,以促进学习者知而达智、习以致会、用以致能、行以致成为指导思想,以引趣—诱思—互动—化成—相长为操作程序,以"传道之法""授业之术""解惑之策"等为教学方略,师生灵活扮演多种角色,以知识转化、能力增强和品行发展的化成程度为评价取向,并以知之、好之、乐之和恒之的程度进行判断;它的课堂活动主要体现为适度学习、成长型思考和优效施教。
Transforming and Promoting Instruction is a kind of system of teaching and learning which based on the development of learners' basic accomplishments, key competences and characters. Its thoughts comes from the ideas of "Depending on the Nature" and "Cultivating Oneself according to Classical Norm" in The Doctrine of Mean from ancient China, the Law of Educational Characteristic of Instruction, the practical pursuit of cultivating great persons, the views of Transformation and promotion in Ecology of Knowledge. Its theoretical bases are the principles of The Example Teaching, AMO Theory, Theory of Learning Zone, and the principles of Critical Threshold in Teaching and I~,arning. Its instructional model is based on the goal of promoting the development of learners' basic accomplishments. Its guiding ideologies are transforming knowledge into Wisdom, acquiring methods as skills, applying knowledge as ability, continuously implementing and achieving ultimate goals. Its operating procedure is stimulating learners' interest inducing their thinking interaction between teachers and students transformation and facilitation instruction benefits teachers and students. Its strategies includes knowledge delivering methods, skills training techniques, and problem solving (issue explaining)strategies, etc. There are various roles teachers and students will play in classroom. Its a^essment orientations include the degree of knowledge transformation, capacity enhancement, moral and behavioral improvement, as well as the degree of knowing, loving, engaging, and persevering. Its classroom activities characterized as moderate learning, growth thinking, effective and efficient teaching.
