髌骨脱位相关预测指标研究进展

Research progress on predictors of patella dislocation

本文归纳总结近年来有关髌骨脱位的影像学测量研究,让读者系统了解各个测量指标及其意义,以期为临床决策提供依据。TT-TG、TT-PCL、TT-TG/TW、TT-TG/PW、Q角、PT-TG及TT-TG指数等测量指标对髌骨脱位都有各自的意义,而CBCT这种新型CT对TT-TG的测量更加精确。TT-TG不但与髌骨脱位有关,还与髌骨疼痛及髌股关节炎有关。尽管各个测量指标都对髌骨脱位有一定意义,但是在针对具体患者时应该具体考虑。虽然这些指标研究已颇多,但是缺陷仍然存在,今后应当继续这方面的研究,建立个体化的数据库及标准。

The recent imaging studies on the patellar dislocation were summarized in this paper to facilitate understanding the various measurements systematically and their significance, in order to provide a basis for clinical decision-making. The TT-TG, TT-PCL, TT-TG/TW, TT-TG/PW, Q-angle, PT-TG, and TT-TG index all have their own significance for the disloc tion of the patella. In addition, the CBCT, a new type CT, is more accurate in measuring TT-TG. TT-TG is not only associated with dislocation of the patella but also with PFP and patellofemoral osteoarthritis. Although all measurements have a certain significance for the dislocation of the patellar, specific consideration should be given to the specific patient. Although there are many studies on these indicators, the flaws still exist. In the future, research in this area should be continued to establish individualized databases and standards.
