SDBS对高温低红外发射率氧化铈涂层抗热震性能的影响

摘要 为研究SDBS含量对涂层附着力、抗热震性能和发射率性能的影响,通过湿化学法以表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对无机硅酸盐基耐高温低发射率涂层(IRLEC)填料氧化铈(CeO2)进行表面包覆,以提高其在800℃工程应用条件下的抗热震性能。结果表明:IRLEC的抗热震性能与填料的分散性能以及涂层的孔隙率有关。当SDBS的质量分数从0增加到1%时,填料在涂层中的分散性能以及涂层的孔隙率得到改善,相应地涂层抗热震次数由未包覆时的4次提高到17次,附着力从4级提高到1级,600℃下(3~5)μm波段的发射率从0.362降低到0.352,提高IRLEC的功能性与工程性。 The effects of SDBS content on the adhesion, thermal shock resistance and infrared emissivity of the coatings were investigated, sodium twelve alkylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) as a surfactant was introduced via wet chemical method to encapsulate cerium oxide filler of silicate based high temperature and low emissivity coating (IRLEC) to improve thermal shock resistance of the coatings under the engineering application condition of 800 ℃. The results show that the thermal shock resistance of IRLEC is related to the dispersivity of filler and the porosity of the coating. With the increase of SDBS content from 0 to 1% (mass fraction), the dispersity of CeO2 in the coating and the coatings porosity are enhanced. The number of thermal shock resistance is improved from 4 times of the raw sample to 17 times correspondingly. Simultaneously, the adhesion strength is enhanced from 4 level to 1 level, the infrared emissivity also decreases from 0.362 to 0.352 in the (3-5)μm waveband at 600 ℃, which enhance the functionality and engineering performance of the coatings,
