摘要
建立基于ABAQUS/Explicit的金属波纹管单点增量成形有限元模型,进行双波纹金属管成形过程的相关数值分析与模拟,分析两组波纹间等效应力-应变以及波纹轮廓高度的变化分布。针对T3紫铜材料,进行仿真和试验结果的对比。结果表明:所建立的单点增量成形多波纹金属管有限元仿真模型可靠且有效;波纹连接区最易出现缺陷并产生较大的轮廓误差。
The finite element model of single point incremental forming based on ABAQUS/Explicit was established, and the numerical analysis and simulation of forming double corrugated metal tube were carried out. The variation distribution law of the equivalent stress, the equivalent strain and the height of the corrugated contour between the two groups of corrugations was analyzed. The experimental platform was built to carry out experimental research on T3 copper material, and the comparison between simulation and experimental results was carried out. The results show that the finite element simulation model of single point incremental forming multi-corrugated metal tube is reliable and effective. The corrugation connection area is the area where the defects and large profile errors are most easily occured.
