摘要
综述高强韧厚壁炮钢材料的成分、性能的发展历程和现状,分析炮钢材料发展方向及存在问题,提出炮钢发展的新思路:采用新的合金化和氧化物控制方式,提高材料的纯净度,大幅提高炮钢的强韧性,避免炮钢在生产中为提高钢的性能过度控制低氧,可大大降低工艺成本和设备成本。
The current status and progress of chemical composition and mechanical properties of thick- wall gun steel are reviewed. The existing problems and development direction of gun steel are discussed, and new thoughts are put forward: adopting new alloying method and oxide control method to improve the purity of steel, thus greatly improving the strength and toughness of gun steel, instead of blindly pursuing low oxygen control of steel adopted in traditional production, so the process cost and equipment cost are greatly reduced.
