摘要
针对分布式风储系统与配电网间的协同运行控制问题,文章首先分析了分布式风储系统运行特性,提出了多模式协调运行控制架构。同时,一方面针对风储系统接入配电网的优化运行,提出短时平滑-长时滚动经济优化的协同运行策略;另一方面研究了分布式风储系统与配电网间并网和离网运行模式间的平滑切换策略。最后通过现场试验验证了所提策略的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of cooperation control between wind-ESS distributed system and distribution network, the operation characteristics of wind-ESS distributed system are analyzed.On this basis, the multi-mode coordinated operation control architecture is proposed. What's more, on the one hand, the short-term smoothing and long-term rolling economically optimized cooperative operation strategy is proposed for wind-ESS distributed system connected to distribution network; on the other hand, the smooth switching strategy between the grid and the off-grid operation mode has been proposed. Finally, the validity of the proposed strategy is verified by field test.
