摘要 为了促进我国海洋能开发利用技术的进步,加快海洋能发电装置的研发与产业化进程,文章将技术成熟度等级划分的概念引入到海洋能发电装备领域。首先,通过简单介绍技术成熟度等级的广泛含义,给出了我国海洋能发电装备技术成熟度等级划分的定义;其次,从实际应用的角度,详细说明了技术成熟度等级划分在测试规模、测试环境以及系统保真度3个方面的具体含义,并提出了各阶段研究的主要目的、通过标准和成功要点;最后,给出了技术成熟度等级的评估流程,并重点说明了评估过程中的3个关键步骤,即关键技术单元的选取、单个关键技术单元的技术成熟度等级评估和系统的技术成熟度等级评估,从而为海洋能装备技术成熟度等级的应用提供有效指导。 In order to promote the advancement of marine energy utilization technology and accelerate the research and development and industrialization of marine energy generation equipment in China, this paper introduces the concept of technology readiness level(TRL) into the field of marine energy generation equipment. Firstly, by briefly introducing the generalized concept of TRL, the definition of technology maturity classification of marine energy equipment in China is given. Secondly, from the perspective of practical application, the specific meaning of TRL in test scale, test environment and system fidelity are explained in detail, and the main purpose, qualification standards and key points of each stage are proposed. Finally, the technology readiness assessment processes are given, and the three key steps in the assessment process are highlighted, namely the selection of the critical technology elements(CTEs), the TRL assessment of each CTE and the TRL assessment of the system. Therefore, it provides effective guidance for the application of the technology maturity of marine equipment.
