2012—2017年甘肃省天水市秦州区艾滋病疫情分析

Analysis of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Qinzhou district of Tianshui city from 2012 to 2017

目的了解近六年甘肃省天水市秦州区艾滋病疫情的流行特征和趋势,为制定艾滋病防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2012—2017年艾滋病疫情资料,进行统计学分析。结果截止2017年底,秦州区累计报告387例HIV/AIDS,其中男性331例、占85.53%,女性56例、占14.47%;经同性性传播204例、占52.72%,异性性传播165例、占42.64%;同性(X^2=18.54)和异性(X^2=24.20)传播构成比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),男男同性传播构成比呈逐年上升趋势(X^2=6.62,P<0.05),异性传播所占报告病例比例呈逐年下降趋势(X^2=5.14,P<0.05)。结论甘肃省天水市秦州区报告的HIV/AIDS逐年增多;必须积极动员社会力量,充分发挥各部门职能,加强艾滋病防治的宣传干预、监测和管理。

Objective To understand the characteristics and the trend of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Qinzhou district of Tianshui city during the past 6 years, and provide scientific basis for the development of strategies of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Methods The HIV/AIDS information from 2012 to 2017 was collected from China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention and analyzed by statistics. Results By the end of 2017, totally 387 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Qinzhou district, including 331 cases of the male（85.53%） and 56 cases of the female（14.47%）. There were 204 cases by homosexual transmission, accounting for 52.72%, 165 cases by heterosexual transmission, accounting for 42.64%,and the difference was statistically significant（all P〈0.05） in the composition ratio between six years of homosexuality（X2=18.54） and heterosexuality（X2=24.20）. The trend of MSM transmission showed ascending as the years during the last 6 years（X2=6.62, P〈0.05）. The proportion of heterosexual transmission cases decreased as the years（X2=5.14, P〈0.05）. Conclusions The reported number of HIV/AIDS cases increases year by year in Qinzhou district. It is suggested that the various departments should give full play to the functions of mobilizing social forces, strengthening propaganda, intervention, monitoring,care and management of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
