摘要
介绍了IEC 6 10 0 0 4 X抗扰度标准、IEC 6 0 2 5 5 2 2 X系列产品标准以及继电器及装置电磁兼容国家标准GB T 145 98之间的对应关系。分析了静电放电、快速瞬变脉冲群、1MHz衰减振荡波、浪涌等瞬态脉冲骚扰产生的原因 ,对继电保护装置的影响 。
The standards of the IEC 61000-4-X,the IEC 60255-X and the GB/T 14598 are discussed in this paper. Protective relay works in the serious electromagnetic environment of the substations in which there are electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transient/burst, 1MHz oscillatory waves and surge disturbances. The bay-oriented design techniques have been widely adopted in power systems. The microprocessor based protective relay is more susceptible and frangible to electromagnetic compatibility. The mechanism of electrical fast transient/burst is introduced in this paper. According to each port of the numerical protection, Some measures aimed at these transient disturbances are presented too.
