继电保护整定计算及故障仿真系统的开发 ,使用了新的思路和方法 ,涵盖了继电保护整定计算及定值管理工作的全过程 ,切实解决了多年来保护定值计算中 ,参数、阻抗图、计算过程、计算结果、定值单管理分离等造成的过程繁杂、不易管理的问题。也很好地解决了计算程序限制多造成使用不便的问题 ,计算工作既可以全自动进行 ,也可以方便地加入工程师的丰富经验 ,使整定值达到最优设置。其定值仿真功能更能提前发现定值是否正确、合理 。

This paper presents a new system of setting calculation and simulation of protective devices in electric power systems. With this software package, an integrated environment is provided for fault calculation and management of system parameters, impedance graph, calculation results and settings. Many problems and unconvenience involved in traditional setting calculation are well solved. The setting calculation can be carried out automatically. It is easy to take account of expert acknowledge during the calculation process to optimize the settings.
