摘要
以酵母蔗糖酶为研究对象,从实验设计的目的、具体内容和技术路线、实施的前期准备、实施的过程、时间安排和考核方式等方面,对生物化学综合大实验课程教学进行了实践与探索。该课程使学生实验操作的技能、团结合作的精神、严谨的科学态度、分析问题和解决问题的能力,都得到了很好的训练和提高,是提高学生综合素质和创新能力的有效途径。
Taking yeast saccharase as the research object, this paper has carried out the practice and explorationof the teaching biochemistry of comprehensive experimental course from the aspects ot the purpose ot exper- imental design, specific content and technical route, the preliminary preparation, the process of implementa- tion, the experimental time and the examination methods etc.. This course has trained and improved students' skills in experimental operation, teamwork spirit, rigorous scientific attitude, ability to analyze and solve prob- lems, and effectively improved students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
