摘要 介绍了LNG现场低温阀门出现的阀杆结冰现象。分析了低温阀门阀杆温度分布情况、冷能传递途径等。指出要科学地看待阀杆结冰现象,对于影响低温阀门正常工作的严重结冰,从阀门的设计、制造、安装和维护等多个方面提出了应对措施或改进建议。 The stem freezing phenomenon occurred on cryogenic valve in LNG field is introduced,the temperature distribution of valve stem and the way to transfer cold energy from the freezing of the valve stem in LNG field are analyzed. It is pointed out that the stem freezing phenomenon should be viewed in a scientific way. As for the serious icing of affecting the normal work of the cryogenic valves,suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward from the valve design,manufacture,installation,maintenance,and other aspects.
