摘要
针对反应堆系统启动过程中排水阀频繁动作,存在阀瓣/阀座密封寿命较低问题,应用ANSYS软件分别对刚性密封副和弹性密封副接触压力进行数值分析。结果表明,在相同加载条件下,弹性阀瓣/阀座密封面处的平均密封比压比刚性阀瓣/阀座密封副小,随介质压力的增加,密封面处的密封压力更均匀,具有更好的密封性能。同时分析了阀瓣空隙直径与高度对弹性密封副密封性能的影响,为排水阀阀瓣/阀座密封结构的改进设计提供指导。
In order to solve the leakage problem of the drain valve under the high-frequency usage,The ANSYS software was applied to analyze the sealing performance about rigidity disc and flexible disc. The result confirmed that the average sealing ratio-pressure of flexible disc is higher than rigidity disc under the uniformed condition,and the sealing pressure is more uniformity; Based on the result,the paper also analyzed the impact to the seal performance of the diameter and altitude of the disc spacing,which can guide the design optimization on the drain valve sealing structure.
