行为转变理论的6S管理模式对提高血液透析患者护理质量及满意度的影响 被引量:23

The effect of 6S management mode on improving the quality and satisfaction of he-modialysis patients

摘要 目的探讨基于行为转变理论(TI'M)的6s管理模式对提高血液透析患者护理质量及满意度的效果。方法选取血液透析患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用基于TIM的6s管理模式护理,比较两组患者护理质量、血钾、血磷值、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果观察组患者基础护理、操作技能、应急能力、健康教育、护理书写评分均高于对照组(均P〈0.05);观察组患者护理后血钾、血磷值低于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者依从性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论基于TTM的6S管理模式可显著提高护理质量,改善血钾、血磷水平,降低并发症发生率,提高患者依从性及满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of 6S management model based on behavioral change theory (TTM) on improving the quality of care and satisfaction of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 60 hemodialysis patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table, 30 cases of each group. The patients of the control group were given routine nursing. The patients of the observation group were given 6S management model based on TrM. The nursing quality, serum potassium, blood phosphorus value, the incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of basic nursing, operation skills, emergency response, health education and nursing writing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05 ). Serum potassium and blood phosphorus value after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0. 05 ). The patient compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0. 05). The incidence of complication of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the difference was no statistically signigficam (P〉0. 05 ). The patient satisfaction of the obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The management mode of 6S based on TIM can significantly improve the quality of care, improve the level of blood potassium and phosphorus, reduce the incidence of comnlications, and improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
