摘要
目的探讨骨盆骨折患者应用健康教育指导的护理效果、心理状态及满意度。方法选取2015年2月~2016年12月于该院治疗的骨盆骨折患者40例,按护理方案不同分两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础行健康教育指导。比较两组患者的组间并发症、心理状态及满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);观察组的护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);观察组的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育指导能有效减少骨盆骨折患者术后并发症,改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the nursing effect, mental state and satisfaction of patients with pelvic frac- ture guided by healthy education. Methods A total of 40 cases of pelvic fractures treated in this hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected. According to the nursing plan, they were didived into the two groups. The con- trol group received routine nursing, and the observation group received health education instruction on this basis. The intergroup complications, psychological status and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The in- cidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differ- ences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). The total satisfaction rate of the ob- servation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Health education guidance can effectively reduce postoperative complications of pelvic fracture patients, improve the psychological state of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
