Therefore, through studying and discussing the type and the leakage failure cause of the “four pipe” of the CFB boiler, it finds and analyzes the problems and short comingsin the whole process management of anti abrasion and explosion protection of the boiler. The measures for improving the anti abrasionand explosion-proof management, technology and operation are put forward. The foundation and continuity of the anti abrasion and ex-plosion-proof work of the rammed boiler are carried out. On the basis of improving the management level, it can effectively prevent andreduce the occurrence of the “four pipe” leakage failure events of the boiler, It ensures the safety and reliability of the CFB unit andthe long cycle operation.
