摘要
目的探讨CO_2激光与传统手术治疗咽喉良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月间广东省阳江市人民医院收治的82例咽喉良性肿瘤患者,按照手术方式不同分为观察组和对照组。采用CO_2微创激光手术治疗的36例患者纳入观察组,采用传统手术切除治疗的46例患者纳入对照组,比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后6个月和12个月的临床疗效均优于对照组患者,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术费用及住院费用均低于对照组患者,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。两组患者术后活动性出血、声带粘连及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 CO_2激光治疗咽喉良性肿瘤,疗效更佳,且手术时间短,术中出血量少,住院时间短,手术费用及住院费用低,值得应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of CO2 laser and traditional surgery in the treatment of benign laryngeal tumors. Methods A total of 82 patients with benign pharyngeal and laryngeal tumors treated at were treated at Yangjiang People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into an observation group( 36 patients) and a control group( 42 patients). The observation group was treated with CO2 minimally invasive laser surgery and the control group was given traditional surgery. Efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy rate at 6 and 12 months was better in the observation group than in the control group( all P〈0. 05). The operation time,hospitalization time,surgery cost,and hospitalization cost were significant lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P〈0. 05).There was no significant difference in postoperative active bleeding,vocal adhesions and recurrent rate between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion CO_2 laser has better treatment efficacy than traditional operation with short operation time,few bleeding,short hospitalization time,and low surgery and hospitalization cost. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
