不同治疗方法对老年口腔颌面肿瘤患者的近期疗效及安全性观察

Short-term efficacy and safety of different treatment methods in elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors

目的探讨不同治疗方法治疗老年口腔颌面肿瘤患者的近期疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2017年6月间铜川市人民医院收治的51例老年口腔颌面肿瘤患者,根据治疗方法不同分为手术组(27例,行口腔颌面肿瘤切除术+游离皮瓣修复术)和放疗组(24例,行三维适行放射治疗)。观察两组患者治疗后6个月的疗效及治疗期间的不良反应。结果放疗组患者的总有效率为75. 0%,低于手术组的96. 3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。放疗组患者不良反应发生率为12. 5%,手术组为18. 5%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论对于老年口腔颌面肿瘤患者,手术治疗可获得较理想的近期疗效,但要注意防范不良反应。

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy and safety of different treatment methods in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods A total of 51 elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted to Tongchuan People＇s Hospital from January 2012 to June 2017 were selected and retrospective analyzed. These patients were divided into surgery group（ 27 patients,oral and maxillofacial tumor resection plus free flap repair） and radiotherapy group（ 24 patients,three dimensional conformal radiation therapy） according to different treatment methods they received. The treatment efficacy at 6 months after the treatment and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate was 75. 0% in the radiotherapy group,which was significantly higher than 96. 3% of the surgery group surgery group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was12. 5% for the radiotherapy group,and 18. 5% for the surgery group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion In the elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors,operation treatment could obtain the ideal short-term efficacy,but the adverse reactions should be guard against.
