摘要
目的探讨住院肿瘤患者压疮评估与递进性预防干预应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年1月间首都医科大学大兴教学医院收治的100例住院肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者在压疮评估结果基础上采用递进性预防干预,对照组患者采用常规预防干预,比较两组患者压疮发生率。结果观察组2例患者入院时即患压疮,入院后有1例患者发生压疮,发生率为2. 1%。对照组3例患者入院时患压疮,入院后6例患者发生压疮,发生率为12. 8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。护理后,两组出现压疮的患者均得到完全治愈。结论住院肿瘤患者行压疮评估并采取递进性预防干预,可有效降低肿瘤患者压疮发生率,减轻痛苦和心理负担,提高患者依从性和生活质量。
Objective To explore the efficacy of pressure ulcer assessment and progressive preventive intervention in hospitalized cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with cancer who received treatment at Daxing Teaching Hospital,Capital Medical University in February 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group,of which the observation group was given progressive preventive intervention on the basis of pressure ulcer evaluation and the control group was given routine preventive intervention. The incidence of pressure sores was observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,pressure ulcer was reported in 2 patients on admission,only 1 patient in the remaining was founded to have pressure ulcer,and the incidence was 2. 1%. For the control group,pressure ulcer was reported in 3 patients on admission,after admission,pressure ulcer occurred in 6 patients,and the incidence was 12. 8%( P〈0. 05). After nursing,patients with pressure ulcer were completely cured. Conclusion Pressure ulcer assessment and progressive preventive intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,relieve the pain and psychological burden,and improve compliance and quality of life in patients with cancer.
