护理质量敏感指标在癌痛患者中的应用

Nursing quality sensitive index in the nursing management of patients with cancer pain

目的探讨护理质量敏感指标在癌痛患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月间湖北省应城市人民医院收治的168例癌痛患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组84例。研究组患者采用护理质量敏感指标进行评估,对照组患者采用常规护理质量指标进行评估,比较两组患者的癌痛知识知晓率、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者护理满意度为97. 6%,优于对照组患者的76. 2%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组患者癌痛知识知晓率为98. 8%,高于对照组患者的84. 5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。研究组患者发生自杀、跌倒及放弃治疗等不良反应发生率为28. 6%,小于对照组患者的57. 1%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论护理质量敏感指标应用于癌痛患者中,可提高患者对癌痛知识的知晓率,能有效提高患者护理满意度和护理质量,优化护理流程,降低不良反应发生率,利于促进癌痛患者护理管理系统化。

Objective To explore the application of sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the nursing management of patients with cancer pain and to analyze their satisfaction with nursing. Methods A total of 168 patients with cancer pain who received treatment at Yingcheng People＇s Hospital from March 017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects of this study. They were divided into a study group and a control group with 84 patients in each group. Among them,patients in the study group were assessed by using sensitive nursing quality indicators and the control group were evaluated by using conventional nursing quality indicators. The awareness rate of cancer pain,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate was 97. 6% for the study group,which was better than 76. 2% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The awareness rate of cancer pain was 98. 8% for the study group,which was significantly higher than 84. 5% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions including committing suicide,falling down and withdrawing treatment was 28. 6%in the study group,which was lower than 57. 1% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing quality sensitive index in the nursing management can promote nurses＇ awareness rate of cancer pain,effectively improve satisfaction and quality of nursing,optimize the nursing process,and reduced the incidence of adverse events to promote the systematic nursing management of patients with cancer pain.
