舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后康复和心理健康的影响

Effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative recovery and mental health in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后康复和心理健康的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月间陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院收治的95例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的临床资料,根据患者护理方式不同进行分组,观察组患者51例,采取舒适护理,对照组患者44例,采取常规护理。比较两组患者尿管撤出时间、术后下床时间、住院时间、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率、护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组患者尿管撤出时间、术后下床时间和住院时间均短于对照组患者,术后疼痛评分低于对照组患者,并发症发生率小于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。两组患者护理前的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后,观察组的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论舒适护理可加快腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后康复,改善心理状态,对于保持心理健康具有积极作用,值得进一步研究应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative recovery and mental health in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy at Xianyang First People＇s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Patients were randomly divided into a comfort nursing group（ 51 patients） and a control group（ 44 patients） according to the way of nursing. Patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing and patients in the control group received routine nursing. The exbubation time,postoperative out of bed time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain score,incidence of complications,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results,Exbubation time,postoperative out of bed time and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group and the postoperative pain score and incidence of complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before the treatment（ P〉0. 05）. After nursing,SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can speed up postoperative rehabilitation and improve psychological status in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,which has a positive effect on maintaining mental health and deserves further study and application.
