老年人磨牙非手术根管治疗的临床疗效

Clinical effects of non-surgical root canal treatment in molars of elderly patients

目的评估老年病人磨牙非手术根管治疗(NSRCT)的临床疗效。方法选择我院牙体牙髓科门诊因牙髓炎、根尖周炎需要行NSRCT的病人参与本次临床试验,分为老年组和青年组,每组190例。经NSRCT后随访3年,评估2组临床疗效及疼痛缓解情况。结果 2组牙髓炎、根尖周炎NSRCT疗效差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组牙髓炎、根尖周炎的疼痛缓解程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NSRCT治疗老年人磨牙牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of non-surgical root canal treatment（NSRCT） in molars of elderly patients.Methods The patients who needed NSRCT for pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were selected in the department of endodontics of our hospital.The patients were divided into aged group and young group,with 190 cases in each group.After 3 years of follow-up,the clinical efficacy and pain relief were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy of NSRCT between two groups with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in pain relief between two groups with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis（P〉0.05）.Conclusions NSRCT has a good clinical effect in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis in the elderly patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
