奥美拉唑和多潘立酮结合穴位肌电生物反馈促进胃食管反流病患者康复的效果分析

Effect of omeprazole and domperidone in combination with acupoint myoelectric feedback to promote the rehabilitation of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

[目的]探究奥美拉唑和多潘立酮结合穴位肌电生物反馈促进胃食管反流病(GERD)患者康复的效果。[方法]选择2016年12月~2017年12月来我院就诊的72例GERD患者,经过随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用奥美拉唑和多潘立酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合穴位肌电生物反馈进行治疗。对2组患者治疗效果、GERD评分、肌电值、酸反流指标、反流症状改善情况及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。[结果]观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者胃食管反流(GERD)评分及肌电值差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组患者GERD评分显著降低,且观察组GERD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,2组患者肌电值显著增加,且观察组肌电值显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者酸反流次数、>5min次数、最长时间及总pH<4时间差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组患者酸反流显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组酸反流次数、>5min次数、最长时间及总pH<4时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]奥美拉唑和多潘立酮结合穴位肌电生物反馈治疗显著提高患者治疗效果,改善患者胃食管反酸症状,减低不良反应发生率,值得临床上的广泛推广。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of omeprazole and domperidone in combination with acupoint myoelectric feedback to promote the rehabilitation of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.[Methods]72 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who came to our hospital from December2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The control group was treated with omeprazole and domperidone.The observation group was treated with acupoint myoelectric biofeedback based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,GERD score,EMG score,acid reflux index,the improvement of reflux symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.[Results]The observation group treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in GERD scores and EMG between the two groups.After treatment,the GERD scores of bothgroups were significantly decreased,and the GERD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the EMG of both groups increased significantly,and the EMG of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of acid reflux,>5 minutes,the longest time and the total pH<4 hours(P>0.05).After treatment,acid reflux was significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),And the number of acid reflux group,the number of>5 minutes,the longest time and the total pH<4 time% were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of omeprazole and domperidone combined with acupoint myoelectricity biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the gastroesophageal reflux symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which deserves wide clinical promotion.
