Analysis on the Planning Strategy of "Urban Dual Maintenance" in Urban Fringe Areas

目前,我国城市边缘区建设工作不到位,影响了城市的现代化发展。论文针对城市边缘区的特点,分析在城市边缘区落实"城市双修"理念的规划策略,提出在"城市双修"规划策略中,要注重打造智慧城市、修复生态环境、修补城市功能、注重交通网络建设和发展城市区域文化的观点。

At present, the construction of urban fringe areas in China is not in place, which has affected the development of urban modernization. According to the characteristics of urban fringe areas, this paper analyzes the planning strategy of implementing the concept of ＂urban dual maintenance＂ in urban fringe areas, and puts forward that in the planning strategy of ＂urban dual maintenance＂, it should pay attention to building a smart city, repairing ecological environment, repairing urban functions, paying attention to the construction of transportation network and developing urban regional culture.
