智慧城市演进背景下市民信息素养提升研究——以镇江市为例

Research on Citizen Information Literacy Improvement Under the Background of Smart City Evolution——Taking Zhenjiang City as an Example

通过对镇江市民的问卷调查,从对智慧镇江的认知、信息意识、信息知识、信息应用能力和信息道德等方面,揭示"互联网+"时代镇江市民信息素养的现状与问题,提出了构建智慧城市信息素养教育生态系统、免费开展智慧镇江操作培训以及借鉴高校智慧校园师生信息素养提升策略等对策建议。

Through the questionnaire survey of Zhenjiang citizens, the paper reveals the current situation and problems of Zhenjiang citizens＇ information literacy in the ＂internet plus＂ era from the aspects of smart Zhenjiang＇s cognition, information consciousness, information knowledge, information application ability, and information morality. This paper puts forward some suggestions for constructing the smart city information literacy education ecosystem, carrying out the operation training of smart Zhenjiang free of charge, and improving the information literacy strategy of teachers and students in the smart campus of colleges and universities.
