摘要
从城市住宅小区智能化定义入手,探讨城市住宅小区智能化系统规划设计原则,并分析某大型住宅小区的典型案例,提出了小区设计范围、网络通信设置、监控管理和安保防控系统要从平台建设、完成公共设计和系统测试的实现方式,希望对相关行业起到一定的参考意义。
Starting from the definition of intelligent urban residential area, this paper discusses the planning and design principles of intelligent system in urban residential area, and analyzes the typical cases of a large residential area, puts forward the scope of design, network communication setup, monitoring management and security control system from the platform construction, complete the design and the realization of the system test, hope to related industries have certain reference significance.
