1980年5月邓小平"关于农村政策问题"的谈话,是围绕农村改革争议正酣的背景下的产物,也是邓小平关于包产到户思想演变的一个合理结果。对谈话的信息来源、传达和贯彻情况以及谈话中某些具体内容进行考辨、探究,是认知农村改革史的一个重要角度。回顾农村改革初期的争议,可以看到,思想解放和体制变革过程中许多情势并非"两极化",人物也非"脸谱化"。

Deng Xiaoping＇ s talk, ＂on rural policy＂, in May 1980, was a product under the background of the controversy over rural reform, and a reasonable result of the evolution of Deng Xiaoping＇ s thoughts on the development of farm household production. It is an important perspective for understanding the history of rural reform to analyze and study the information source, transmission and implementation, as well as some specific contents of the conversation. Reviewing the disputes in the early stage of the rural reform, we can see that many situations in the process of ideological emancipation and institutional reform were not ＂polarized＂, and people＇ s image was not ＂stereotyped＂.
