摘要
目前为止各种炎症和外伤引起的骨缺损重建仍然是重大挑战。传统的治疗方法主要依赖于自体骨或同种异体骨的移植,并配合物理疗法和基因疗法以加速骨质愈合。在骨免疫学中,巨噬细胞是骨修复的重要参与者,在骨损伤早期阶段和晚期骨重建中发挥重要作用。该文综述了近年来对于巨噬细胞促进间充质干细胞成骨作用的研究进展。
So far, the reconstruction of bone defect caused by a variety of inflammations and traumas remains a major challenge. Traditional therapies mainly rely on autologous or allograft transplants combined with physiotherapy and gene therapy to accelerate bone healing. In bone immunology, macrophages are important participants in bone repair and play an important role in the early stage of bone injury and in the late stage of bone remodeling. This paper reviews the research progress of the effects of macrophages on the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and the underneath mechanisms.
