The development and clinical application of All-on-four technology

All-on-four技术是利用4枚种植体对无牙颌进行固定修复的一种新的修复方式,近年来在临床应用中取得了良好的效果,但目前All-on-four的研究与应用还存在一定争议。本文就All-on-four的概念、研究评估、并发症、比较其他无牙颌修复方式进行阐述。

All-on-four technology is a new approach to rehabilitating edentulous jaws with four implants. Recently, All-on-four has achieved predictable clinical results, but controversies of research and clinical application still exit. In this paper, the All-on-four concept, evaluation research, complications and comparison with other rehabilitation technologies will be elaborated.
