摘要 骨折愈合是一个复杂的生理病理过程,典型的骨折愈合过程包括炎症反应期、软骨形成期、编织骨形成及骨改建期等阶段。骨折愈合受多种因素调控,在这些调控因素中,生物因素对骨折愈合影响较为明显,深入了解骨折愈合机制及其影响因素有助于减少或避免骨不连的发生,为临床治疗严重骨创伤性疾病开辟新的路径。 Fracture healing is a complex physiological and pathological process and the typical fracture healing process contains inflammatory phase, cartilage formation phase, woven bone formation and remodeling phase. The process is regulated by multiple factors, among which the biological factors play a significant role. Understanding the mechanism of fracture healing and influencing factors can help reduce or avoid the occurrence of nonunion, which will provide a new path for clinical treatment of severe bone traumatic diseases.
