摘要
通过先期产品质量策划过程(APQP),结合车用氢气传感器的特点分析了项目管理方法在车用氢气传感器研发过程中的应用现状。结果显示,车用氢气传感器的研发中采用APQP进行过程控制能够更加规范该产品的研发流程,有效降低开发成本,为客户提供满意的产品。
In this paper, the application status of APQP in the development of vehicle hydrogen sensor combined with the characteristics of the sensor is analyzed. The result shows that, the product development process is standardized, the cost is reduced and the customer satisfacting products are provided through the usage of APQP in the development of vehicle hydrogen sensor.
