静脉注射地佐辛预防全麻诱导期舒芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的效果

Effect of Intravenous Injection of Dizocine on Sufentanil-induced Cough Response During Induction of General Anesthesia

目的:探讨静脉注射地佐辛预防全麻诱导期舒芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的效果。方法:随机筛选2017年1月-2018年4月在笔者所在医院进行手术的60例患者,按照双盲法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组患者均行气管插管全麻,观察组患者在麻醉诱导前2 min静脉注射地佐辛,对照组患者注入同等剂量的生理盐水。观察两组患者麻醉诱导期呛咳、呕吐、低血压、严重心动过缓等不良反应的发生情况;同时,记录患者发生呛咳前后心率、血压变化情况。结果:观察组呛咳发生率3.33%,显著低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生1例恶心,2例呕吐,1例低血压;对照组患者发生1例恶心、1例呕吐,1例低血压,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对气管插管全麻患者可于麻醉诱导前静脉注射地佐辛,以预防全麻诱导期舒芬太尼呛咳反应,稳定诱导期各项指标,使麻醉诱导更加平稳,安全。

Objective：To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of Dizocine in the prevention of cough response induced by Sufentanil during induction of general anesthesia.Method：A random sample of 60 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 was taken as an example.The patients were divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30） according to double-blind method.Both groups underwent general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.Patients in the observation group received intravenous Dizocine 2 min before induction of anesthesia,and patients in the control group received the same dose of saline.The anesthesia induction period cough,vomiting,hypotension,severe bradycardia and other adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.At the same time,record the patient＇s heart rate and blood pressure changes before and after cough were observed.Result：The incidence of cough in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 13.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,there was 1 case of nausea,2 cases of vomiting,and 1 case of hypotension.In the control group,there was 1 case of nausea,1 case of vomiting,and 1 case of hypotension,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with general anesthesia after tracheal intubation,intravenous Dezocine can prevent sufentanil cough response during induction of general anesthesia and stabilize the indicators of induction period,so that induction of anesthesia is more stable and safe.
