光斑排列方式及搭接率对残余应力的影响

The Effect of Spot Arrangement and Overlap Rate on Residual Stress

摘要 应用有限元软件ABAQUS,研究对试件表面进行大范围激光冲击强化后的残余应力场,讨论了不同排列方式中心距对残余压应力的分布规律以及不同搭接率对残余应力场的影响。结果表明,正方形排列和正六边形排列的冲击区域的表面残余压应力分布不同;搭接率越大,表面残余压应力也越大,但残余应力分布并不是越来越均匀;不同的约束条件使模型底面产生不同的残余应力;双面激光依次冲击可消除模型底面产生的残余拉应力。 The residual stress field of the specimen surface is studied subjected to a large range of laser shock peening with finite element software ABAQUS. The distribution of the residual compressive stress of the spot center distance in different arrange-ment modes and the influence of different overlap rate on the residual stress field are discussed. The results show that the dis-tribution of residual compressive stress on the surface of square and hexagonal impact zones is different. The greater the overlap rate is, the greater the surface residual compressive stress is, but the residual stress distribution is not more and more uniform. Different constraints cause different residual stresses on the bottom surface of the model. The residual tensile stress at the bot-tom of the model can be eliminated by the sequential impact of the double sided laser.
