摘要
太赫兹波对大多数非极性材料具有良好的穿透性,可以对不透明物体进行透视成像,同时其光子能量低,不会产生有害的电离反应,可以更加安全地进行材料内部的检测和诊断。太赫兹波空间分辨率高,在成像的应用中具有更长的景深,因此太赫兹光谱技术在纤维材料研究领域具有重要的应用价值。概括了太赫兹时域光谱技术和太赫兹成像技术在天然纤维材料、合成纤维材料以及纤维复合材料应用中的研究进展,并且分析了太赫兹光谱技术在纤维材料领域中应用方面需要解决的主要问题及今后的发展方向。
Terahertz waves have good penetrability to most no,polar materials, and can fluoroscopically image opaque objects. At the same time, there is no harmful ionization reaction because of the photon energy is low, so it can be more safely to detect and diagnose inside the material. Terahertz wave spatial resolution is high, and there is a longer depth of field in imaging appli-cation. Therefore, terahertz spectroscopy has important application value in the field of fiber materials research. The research progress of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and terahertz imaging technology in natural fiber materials, synthetic fiber ma-terials and fiber composites is summarized. The main problems that need to be solved in the application of terahertz spectrosco-py in the field of fiber materials and future development direction are analyzed.
