基于工匠精神的创新创业教育体系建构

On the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System Based on Craftsman Spirit

在经济发展新常态的背景下,高校深化创新创业教育改革,加快培养规模宏大的创新创业人才队伍,大力推进工匠精神培育与创新创业教育的有效融合及深度发展,对提高学生创新创业能力,提升学校核心竞争力,推动地区经济和行业发展,建设创新型社会,具有重要意义。然而,高校创新创业教育在融合工匠精神方面还存在创新创业教育课程体系不够完善、创新创业教育教学方法不够灵活、实践教学效果不佳等问题。高校应该采取确立创新创业人才培养目标、规划创新创业人才培养思路、建构创新创业教育立体式课程体系、拓展多元化创新创业教学模式和强化创新创业实践教学等策略,建构基于工匠精神的创新创业教育体系。

Under the background of the new normal of economic development, deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, speeding up the training of large scale innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and vigorously promoting the effective integration and deeping development of craftsman spirit cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education, which are very important in improving students＇ ability of innovative and entrepreneurial ability, enhancing core competitiveness of schools, promoting regional economic and industrial development, and building an innovative society. However, in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and craftsman spirit, there are problems such as innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system being not perfect, innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching model being not flexible enough, practical teaching effect being not good. Colleges and universities should adopt the strategies such as establishing the cultivating goal of innovative entrepreneurial talents, plan the cultivating thought of innovative entrepreneurial talents, construct a three-dimensional curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship, expand the pluralistic teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship and strengthening the practical teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship, moreover, construct the innovation and entrepreneurship education system based on craftsman spirit.
