高校班级管理一直是高校教育工作的重要内容,在班级管理中推行大学生自主管理模式是实现大学生自我管理、自我服务、自我教育、自我监督的有效途径。目前,大学生班级自主管理存在缺乏班级管理自主性、对自主管理的认识有偏差、自主管理职责履行不到位等问题。主要原因是班级管理者权力和义务落实不到位,班干部自身条件的局限,班级管理制度不完善。对此,可以采取以下应对策略:针对班干部个性差异,发挥管理自主性;注重制度建设,突出管理自主性;提高思想认识,巩固管理自主性。

Management of college class has always been one of the important topics of college education. And self- management in college class will be an effective way for college students to achieve self-management, self-service, self-education and self-supervision. Some problems exist in the course of self-management, such as lack of management autonomy, misunderstanding of self- management, and failure to duties of self- management. The main reasons are unfulfilled rights and obligations of class administrator, incompetent class representatives and imperfect management system. Therefore, the following measures should be taken, such as making full use of the different personality of class representatives to achieve self-management,strengthening development of the system to highlight self-management and raising awareness of the idea to consolidate self-management.
