摘要 科学的评价系统是有效促进教师专业发展的保障。调查研究表明,依托基于大数据理念遴选的教师专业发展评价要素,可以建构科学的教师专业发展评价系统。在这一评价系统基础上架构的教师专业发展评价操作系统具有动态统计功能、大数据交互评价功能和网络查询功能,有助于促进教师主动提升专业素养,推动教师团队的整体发展。 A scientific evaluation system is the guarantee for promoting the professional development of teachers. This study found that based on the teacher professional development evaluation factors, the teacher professional development evaluation system constructed with the idea of big data can realize the functions of dynamic statistics, big data interaction evaluation and network query. Moreover, this evaluation system can motivate teachers to actively improve their professional literacy, and thus promote the overall development of the faculty team.
