家园共育中家长参与存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures for the Engagement of Parents in the Cooperative Education of Parents and Kindergartens

目前,家长参与家园共育活动日益呈现个性化、多元化的趋势。家园共育活动存在家长对家园共育的认识不够深刻、难以协调事务冲突、教育观念滞后,以及家园共育活动缺乏实效性等诸多问题。上述问题的解决,需要采取以下策略:深化家长对家园共育的认识;督促家长积极参与家园共育;优化家园共育模式;加强家园互助沟通与社区融合协作。

Nowadays, there is a trend for the activities of engagement of parents in the cooperative edcuation between parents and kindergardens to be personalized and deversified. But there are still some existing problems in this area, forinstance, parents usually lack of dee understanding for cooperative educaiton, conflicting problems need to be coordinated, the concept of education needs to be updated and the activities tend to be less effective. In order to solve these problems,following stradeties need to be employed：deepen parents＇ understanding for cooperative education;urge parents to participated in the cooperative education actively;optimize the model of this education; between parents and kindergardens and community collaboration.
