摘要
实验以5个不同浓度梯度的实验组和对照组为比照对象,研究不同浓度的凌霄干花水浸提液对高羊茅种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响,探究凌霄干花水浸提液对高羊茅种子及幼苗生长化感效应的差异。实验结果表明:凌霄干花水浸提液浓度对受体高羊茅种子发芽的化感效应表现为低浓度(0.01 g/mL)促进其萌发,高浓度(大于等于0.02 g/mL)抑制其幼苗生长,且对高羊茅发芽指数的抑制强度明显强于对发芽率的抑制强度;凌霄花水浸提液对幼苗生长情况的4个指标(苗长、根长、苗鲜重和根鲜重)的化感作用表现为低促高抑,且化感抑制强度依次为苗长<根鲜重<苗鲜重<根长。本实验意在为凌霄干花的化感作用研究提供基本依据,同时也为凌霄的种植布局提供理论支撑。
The allelopathic effects of different concentrations of water-extracted solution of Campsis grandiflora dried flower on the seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea were studied in this paper. The results showed that the low extract concentration of dried flowers of Campsis grandiflora had promote effect on seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea, the high extract concentration of donor had inhibitory effect on receptor. The extract at concentration ≥0.04 g/mL were found to be inhibitory (P〈0.05) to seed germination and seedling growth for Festuca arundinacea compared with the controh Results provide identifiable ground for the study of allelopathy of Compsis grandiflora; and supply the theoretic support for the scientific planting of Compsis grandiflora.
