贵州具备大力推进生态产业化与产业生态化发展的条件,协同推进生态产业化与产业生态化是贵州实现绿色发展的科学性、必然性选择。这既不是生态与产业的简单叠加,也不是单从劳动生产率的提高来考察生态与产业,而是要凸显出生态产业化对经济的贡献程度、产业生态化正外部性效应的生态产业链条形成和壮大过程。具体实现路径是贵州五大新兴产业集中发力,以大数据为抓手融入三大产业融合发展。

Guizhou has the conditions to vigorously promote the development of Ecological Industrialization and industrial ecology. It is a scientific and inevitable choice for Guizhou to promote the Ecological Industrialization and industrial ecology in coordination. This is neither the simple superposition of ecology and industry, nor the examination of ecology and industry solely from the improvement of labor productivity. It should be the gradual formation, growth and leading process of the Eco-industrial chain that highlights the contribution of Eco-industrialization to the economy and the positive externalizations of the Eco-industrial ecology. It is the main way to realize the integration of the five new industries in the state, especially the big data.
