对谐波影响下的电能计量方式的探讨

为保障电力企业经济营运效果和促进用户对谐波的治理 ,通过分析电力系统谐波对电力营运企业电能计量的影响 ,提出对基波电能与谐波电能分别计量的计量方式 ,并介绍了电能计量装置技术改造的方法 。

In order to ensure the economic effect of the electric power corporations management and to urge electric power user to deal with the electric power harmonic pollution,this paper introduces the influence of the electric power harmonics on the electric energy measurement,and puts forward the means to measure the fundamental energy and the harmonic energy.Meanwhile,this paper introduces the method of the technical alteration towards measurement equipment and gives an example to analyze its effect.
